A:CAMC was found in 1970s and we are the only truck enterprise in China which is capable of producing everything by our own including engine, gearbox, axles, chassis, cabin and so on.
Q:Do you accept custom order? What's is your MOQ order?
A:Yes, we do. Our MOQ is 1 unit.
Q:How about your product after-sales service system?
A:Our main export countries have accepted after-sales service, some countries use the third party service.
Q:How about the delivery time?
A:Normally we need around 25 days for production.
Q:Are there other types and series of charging piles?
A:We have a full-scene, full-category charging pile product system, such as H series AC charging piles, X series AC charging piles, L series DC charging piles, T series AC charging piles, etc., to meet your diverse needs.
Q:How long is the warranty？
A:Warranty 1 year. If you need to increase the warranty: 3% in the second year, 4% in the third year, 5% in the fourth year, and 8% in the fifth year.
